• Secure Storage: We provide on-site lockers at all locations to ensure your valuables and dry clothes remain protected while you are on the field.
• Weather & Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that a session cannot proceed due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or "Force Majeure Events" (circumstances beyond reasonable human control), Epic Paintball Events reserves the right to issue a full-value credit for the booking instead of a refund.
• Credit Flexibility: This credit is valid for a future booking date at any of our available locations and is fully transferable to another person.
